Elderly Exemption

How to Apply

There are two forms needed to complete an application for an Elderly Tax Exemption.  Go back to the main page and print out the following two sets of forms:

  • Town Elderly Exemption Form and Local Instructions
  • State PA-29 Form - Application for Tax Exemption or Credit

If your property is in a trust, you must also complete the State Form PA-33 and submit it with your application.

Bring completed sets of forms and other documentation to the Select Board's Office prior to April 15th.
