We're BACK!  Get up and get moving!

Join us on Friday mornings at 9:30 and/or Wednesday at 3:30 in the Community Room at The Fremont Public Library starting again on June 16 for a low impact workout.  All you need is a comfortable pair of walking shoes. We'll use Leslie Sansone's WALK AWAY THE POUNDS dvd.

No strenuous exercise, just some walking in place and fun arm movements! (weights not required)  Dress comfortably, grab your water bottle and get ready to smile & laugh as a great way to start your Friday! It’s free, free, free!!
