Meeting Room Policy

The Community Room is available for non-profit groups' meetings.

The Library reserves the right to schedule Library events at any time.  Notice will be given as soon as possible to the affected group.

Permission to use the Community Room does not mean the Library endorses the group's philosophy or objectives.

If for some reason, the time or date of your meeting/activity changes, you need to contact Library Staff ahead of time, so that others can have access to the room.  This will help alleviate scheduling conflicts.  It is the group's responsibility to notify attendees of the change.

Any parent attending a meeting in the Community Room is responsible for any children who come with them.  No child under the age of 10 may be left unattended in any area of the Library.  Any older children left in the Library who become disruptive will be asked to rejoin their parent.

Each group is responsible for setting up and taking the room down.  Groups are also responsible for any repair of any damage that may be inflicted.

 No private parties are allowed.

Noncompliance with these rules may result in cancellation of a group's right to reserve the room.
