LEGAL NOTICES - PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARINGS

     In accordance with NH RSA 676:4, you are hereby notified that the Fremont Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at the Fremont Town Hall, 295 Main Street, Fremont, NH 03044 to review an application for a Subdivision by Lot Line Adjustment submitted by Fremont Land, LLC.  The lot line adjustment is proposed between Map 2, Lot 151.002 located at 44 Iron Horse Drive and Map 2 Lot 151.002.003 located on Main Street in Fremont NH.  Both properties are owned by Fremont Land LLC. The owner intends to complete the Lot Line Adjustment to increase frontage for Lot 151.002.003 which will allow for proposed multi-family land use.  You are invited to appear in person or by counsel.  Application information is available at the Town Hall and on the Planning Board Page of the Town’s website.      In accordance with NH RSA 676:4, you are hereby notified that the Fremont Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in the Basement Meeting Room at the Fremont Town Hall, 295 Main Street, Fremont, NH 03044 for a Site Plan Review application submitted by Stanley Real Estate Development, LLC of Raymond NH to construct a single four-unit multifamily dwelling on tax parcel Map 2, Lot 151.002.003 with single access off Route 107/Main Street.  All units will be serviced by a single well and two septic systems.  The parcel is located in the Main Street District which requires a Conditional Use Permit for the proposed multifamily dwelling in accordance with Fremont Zoning Ordinance Article 7, Section 705.  You are invited to appear in person or by counsel.      In accordance with NH RSA 676:4, you are hereby notified that the Fremont Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00PM on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in the Basement Meeting Room at the Fremont Town Hall, 295 Main Street, Fremont, NH 03044 for a Major Site Plan Review submitted by Ceiba Tree LLC of Northwood NH to construct a multi-use building for contractor/storage and warehousing units with related offices.  The proposed building is 13,125 square feet with 15 parking spaces to be constructed on tax parcel Map 2, Lot 151.002.006 on Iron Horse Drive in Fremont NH.  The parcel is located in the Aquifer Protection District which also requires a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Fremont Zoning Ordinance Article 12, Section 1203.8.  You are invited to appear in person or by counsel. ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING

     In accordance with NH RSA 676:7, you are hereby notified that the Fremont Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the Town Hall Basement Meeting Room, 295 Main Street, Fremont NH for a Variance Request submitted by Applicant James Rogers of Fremont NH. The Applicant is seeking a Variance from Article 9, Section 901 (Lot Requirements, New and Expansion of Existing Structures) of the Fremont Zoning Ordinance to construct a garage with a loft and breezeway attached to his home. A variance is required since the new structure will extend into the side property lot line where a setback of twenty (20) feet from the property boundary is required. The subject property is located at 59 Vetter Drive and is recognized as tax parcel Map 6, Lot 011.001.023 in Fremont NH.

FREMONT MOSQUITO CONTROL PROGRAM BEGINS April 1, 2024    

     Beginning April 1, 2024 crews from Northeast Vegetation and Mosquito Control will begin surveying for mosquito larvae.  Sites include wetlands, marshes, drainage ditches, catch basins and floodwater areas.  When found, crews will apply larvicides to control mosquito larvae.  Larvicides permitted for use include:

     Treatment will depend on surveillance data, weather conditions and precipitation.  Surveillance and treatment will continue through November 2024.  All residents requesting no treatment on their property can do so in writing to Northeast Vegetation and Mosquito Control, 63 Epping Street, Raymond, NH 03077 or online at https://www.northeastvmc.com.no-spray.  Residents requesting a survey of mosquito breeding on their property can do so my email at fremont@northeastvmc.com.

     In the event of detection of Eastern Equine Encephalitis, West Nile Virus, or other arboviruses in mosquito populations, emergency adulticiding may be performed at schools, parks, and recreation areas.  This will be determined by surveillance data, and in consultation with Town officials and NH DHHS.  Notification will be given before these properties are treated.
