Supervisors of the Checklist

The Supervisors of the Checklist will meet on Tuesday July 14, 2026, from 7:00 – 7:30PM

at the Fremont Public Library, 7 Jackie Bernier Drive in Fremont

This will serve as the first session in the Annual Verification Process as per RSA 654:39.   Voters that have not cast a ballot since April 1, 2021 will need to re-register to remain on the checklist .  Letters will be sent to those voters, and they will have at least 30 days to re-register with the town clerk during normal business hours or at a Supervisor of the Checklist session.

New voter registrations and changes besides party (deadline was June 2) may be made. Name changes will require proper documentation.

**Please bring proper photo ID, residency and proof of Citizenship**

**A birth certificate, U.S. Passport/Passcard, or naturalization document is proof of citizenship.
