Voting & Election Information

Applications for absentee ballots may be faxed to the Fremont Town Clerk at 603 895 3149; emailed to clerkcollector@fremont.nh.gov; mailed to Fremont Town Clerk, PO Box 120, Fremont NH 03044-0120; or dropped off at the drop box in the front of the Fremont Town Hall at 295 Main Street.  Click the link below for the 2024 State and Federal Absentee Ballot application.

Once your application is received by the Clerk AND they have received ballots, they will mail them out to the address provided on your absentee ballot application ASAP.  You can come in person with this application during open hours and we can hand you the ballot (once we receive them) OR mail, fax, email or drop applications in the drop box and we will send your ballots out ASAP.  Please let the Clerk know if you don’t have access to a printer and need these applications mailed to you. 

Completed ballots MUST be handed in person or mailed, they cannot be accepted via the drop box. If hand-delivering ballot, ONLY Voter OR Spouse, Parent, Step Parent, Sibling, Child, Step Child, Parent-in-law, Child-in-law, Grandparent or Grandchild, Nursing Home/Residential Care Administrator, Nursing Home/Residential Care staff member designated in writing by Nursing Home administrator to deliver ballots, Person assisting blind voter or a voter with disability who has signed affidavit envelope statement acknowledging assistance shall return ballots.
