Eversource Statutory Permit-By-Notification for Replacement of Utility Structures within Eversource Transmission Line R193-H141 - Town of Fremont, NH - On behalf of Eversouce, Normandeau Associates, Inc filed a Utility Maintenance Activity Statutory Permit by Notification to conduct maintenance structure replacements of twenty-two (22) structures in Fremont within the existing right-of-way (ROW) of the R193 and H141 transmission lines. Martin Road Over Brown Brook Bridge #155/133, Fremont Tax Map 6, Lots 34 and 35 - Town of Fremont - Wetland Dredge and Fill Application. The Conservation Commission has the opportunity to review wetland applications and provide comment to the NH Department of Environmental Services. The Commission has added this item to the next regular monthly meeting on June 5. The meeting begins at 6:30PM. Digital Site Plans are draft and provided for reference only. The final submitted plans are available for review in hard copy at the Land Use Office.  

Shirkin Road - Patterson  Wetland Dredge and Fill Application. Public Meeting scheduled for February 7, 2022 at 7PM at the Town Hall Basement Meeting Room. The Conservation Commission has the opportunity to review wetland applications and provide comment to the NH Department of Environmental Services. 

ROW near Copp Drive - The Conservation Commission is in receipt of a Statutory Permit By Notification application on behalf of Public Service Company of New Hampshire doing business as Eversouce Energy for proposed ROW inspections work located within the existing and maintained H141 & R193 right-of-way (ROW).  The permit is available for public review and will be available for discussion at the May 3, 2021 regular monthly Conservation Commission meeting. Should you have any questions, please contact the Land Use Office or plan to attend the meeting.  The NH Department of Environmental Services reviews this permit. 

001-082 Scribner Road - Wetland Dredge and Fill Application and Site Plans. The Conservation Commission reviewed this application at their regular monthly Public Meeting scheduled for Februray 1, 2021. The NH Department of Environmental Services approved this permit.  

005-035 Shirkin Road - Wetland Dredge and Fill Application. Public Meeting scheduled for November 19, 2020. See agenda for meeting information. The Conservation Commission has the opportunity to review wetland applications before the NH Department of Environmental Services approves the permit. The Conservation Commission provided comments to the NHDES on 12/8/20.  At a Special Meeting on March 15, 2021 the Conservation Commission voted their concurrence with the onsite plan for Wetland Mitigation. An Approval Letter for Dredge and Fill Wetlands Permit Application was received on August 31, 2021.
